Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 June 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of LeadRex (“the service”). By creating an account or using LeadRex, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions: support@leadrex.co.
What LeadRex provides
LeadRex is a lead intelligence platform for web designers and agencies. We help you discover local businesses, score website and SEO opportunity signals, and generate draft outreach. The service provides prospects and tools — it does not guarantee leads will convert, clients will be won, or any particular business outcome.
Features, scan limits, and credit allowances depend on your plan. We may change or improve the service over time.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind your business if you register on behalf of a company.
Credits and billing
LeadRex is credit-based. Credits are consumed when the service performs billable actions (such as discovering and scoring a new lead or generating certain outreach drafts), as described in the product and pricing pages. Subscription plans include a monthly credit allowance; additional credits may be purchased where offered.
Fees are charged in advance for subscriptions unless stated otherwise. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use LeadRex for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute lead data outside the product without permission
- Attempt to bypass credit limits, security, or access controls
- Send spam or unsolicited communications that violate applicable law
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting prospects
You are solely responsible for your outreach and for complying with UK GDPR, PECR, and other laws that apply to your marketing (including obtaining any required consent or legitimate-interest assessments).
Lead data and third-party sites
Lead information is derived from publicly available sources and automated website analysis. We do not warrant that data is complete, accurate, or up to date. You should verify details before relying on them commercially.
When you use AI-generated drafts, you must review content before sending. We are not responsible for emails or messages you send to third parties.
Intellectual property
We own the service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to operate LeadRex.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadRex and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using LeadRex at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you qualify.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may assign these terms as part of a business transfer; you may not assign without our consent.
