LeadRex (“we”, “us”) provides lead intelligence software for web designers and agencies. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our website and product at LeadRex.

Account data. When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication details (for example via magic link, password, or Google sign-in). We store account preferences such as target regions, industries, and subscription or credit balance.

Lead and scan data. When you run scans, we process business information about prospects (such as business names, websites, locations, contact details where publicly available, and website quality signals). This data is used to score and present leads in your account.

Usage data. We collect technical logs needed to operate the service, including IP address, browser type, and actions taken in the product (for example scans run, credits used, and outreach drafts generated).

Website analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to collect aggregated information about how visitors use our marketing site (for example pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referral source). Google may process this data in the United States. We do not use Google Analytics in the signed-in product dashboard.

Support messages. If you contact us, we keep the content of your message and your email address so we can respond.

We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers (such as hosting, authentication, email, and payment processors) who process data on our instructions to run LeadRex.

RexAI and related features may analyse publicly visible website content and generate draft outreach for your review. You are responsible for checking drafts before sending and for complying with applicable marketing and data protection laws when contacting prospects.

Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (to deliver the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (to improve and secure LeadRex, and to process business prospect data for lead generation), consent where required (for example analytics cookies and optional marketing emails).

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Lead data in your pipeline is retained according to your use of the product and our backup policies. We may retain anonymised or aggregated data for analytics.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@leadrex.co. You may also complain to the ICO (UK) or your local supervisory authority.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and core site functionality (for example keeping you signed in). These are necessary to run LeadRex and do not require your consent.

Analytics cookies. With your consent, we set Google Analytics cookies on our public website to measure traffic and improve our marketing pages. Analytics cookies are optional — you can choose “Essential only” in the cookie banner. We do not use analytics cookies for advertising, and we do not load Google Analytics in the signed-in app.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data for LeadRex in your browser, which will show the cookie banner again. To withdraw consent or ask us to delete analytics data associated with you, email support@leadrex.co.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of LeadRex after changes means you accept the updated policy.
